At Energised By Fitness, I’m passionate about making time for you. As women, we lead busy, energetic and demanding lives, and we can be guilty of putting our own health and wellbeing last. Here at Energised By Fitness, you come first. My mission is to empower, inspire and educate you to be the healthiest version of yourself – for your family, your children, but most of all for YOU.

My small group exercise and personal training sessions have been designed to cater for your physical and mental wellbeing, to help you live a happier, healthier and more balanced life. I’ve created my programs to challenge, inspire and educate you about what your body can do.

Small group exercise classes

My goal is to teach you great exercise form and efficiency so you can improve your pain, posture, fitness and strength without spending hours in the gym. What’s more, I do it all in a supportive and friendly environment.

Personal training

We all have our own personal goals we want to achieve, whether it’s to be fitter, stronger, faster or lighter. My private training sessions enable you to work towards the goals that matter to you, with the support, knowledge and experience of me, a certified personal trainer, who knows and understand what it is to be a woman!

Pre & Postnatal exercise

As women, our bodies have unique needs at the best of times, but even more so during pre and postpartum stages. At Energised By Fitness, my bespoke pre and postpartum programs ensure you can train during and after pregnancy in a way that’s right for you. 

Nutrition

As a Certified Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and Women’s wellness Practitioner, I will help you to figure out but also teach you how to transform your body and mind without having to diet your way through life.

I’m passionate about working with women to help you feel strong and confident in your own body, ready to take on whatever the world – or just the day – has in store for you. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Pregnancy/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Women’s Wellness Practitioner, I bring a range of elements to each program, exercise class or personal training session to ensure you leave feeling energised and empowered!
