Group Exercise Classes

All our group classes are run during school terms only and are child-friendly. 

Mums, grandmas or caregivers are encouraged to bring their children along. You are the most powerful role model for your child after all and we love to support YOU!

COREFIT

Core strength and stability is so important for our overall health and fitness. A stable core protects your back, helps with your posture and contributes to your flexibility. There is so much more to core work than sit-ups and the benefits go far beyond getting washboard abs!

CoreFit is a 60min session with ZOOM option focused on improving strength, stability and activation of deep core muscles and abdominals, pelvic floor and glutes. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to also improve posture mobility and flexibility. Each CoreFit finishes with few minutes of relaxation to make you feel rejuvenated.

Location: Private studio in Tamahere

Cost: $25 casual, 6 sessions $120 or unlimited $200 (valid per each term only)

STRENGTHFIT

Our bodies can do some amazing things and move in so many different ways. But we need to look after our bodies to ensure they can continue to do what we love, whether that’s gardening, running, biking or simply lying on the ground playing with lego!

StrengthFit is a 45min session focused on mobilising, shaping and strengthening your entire body including core (and pelvic floor) in a more functional way. We combine bodyweight and strength training, interval and high-intensity training with low impact options modified for every level to keep your body and your pelvic floor safe.

POSTPARTUM COREFIT

The Postpartum CoreFit class is 10 weeks block, focused on gentle strengthening of the core and pelvic floor in the first postpartum year or mums wanting to return to exercise safely. Suitable for diastasis, pelvic floor dysfunction and post-cesarean section rehabilitation. This is 60 mins small group session with ZOOM option available. Great foundational class to get you back onto exercise or daily activities safely, improve your core and pelvic health and to create more awareness of those changes your body has been or going through
