Welcome to Energised by Fitness group exercise classes. We laugh, we encourage, we support and we have fun. And yes, it may be with sweaty patches on our singlets, and it may be with rosy red cheeks, but our classes are designed for women, by women so, as women, you get the very best exercise for your body.

Our goal is to teach you great exercise form and efficiency so you can improve your pain, posture, fitness and strength without spending hours in the gym.

Here, at Energised By Fitness we would love to help you to achieve your health and fitness goals in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Group Exercise Classes

All our group classes are run during school terms only. All morning classes are child friendly. 

Mums, grandmas or caregivers are encouraged to bring their children along. You are the most powerful role model for your child after all and we love to support YOU!

Cost: $25 casual,10 sessions $200 or unlimited $350 (valid per each term only)

COREFIT

Core strength and stability is so important for our overall health and fitness. A stable core protects your back, helps with your posture, and contributes to your flexibility. There is so much more to core work than sit ups and the benefits go far beyond getting washboard abs!

CoreFit is 60 mins session focused on improving strength, stability and activativation of deep core muscles and abdominals, pelvic floor and glutes. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to also improve posture, mobility and flexibility. Each CoreFit finishes with few minutes of relaxation to make you feel rejuvenated.

* Suitable for women from approx. 6 months postpartum of all fitness levels, abilities, and stages of life

Location: Private studio in Tamahere or via Zoom

STRENGTHFIT

Our bodies can do some amazing things and move in so many different ways. But we need to look after our bodies to ensure they can continue to do what we love, whether that’s gardening, running, biking or simply lying on the ground playing with lego! StrengthFit is 45 mins session focused on mobilising, shaping and strengthening your entire body including core (and pelvic floor) in a more functional way. We combine bodyweight and strength training, interval and high intensity training with low impact options modified for every level to keep your body and your pelvic floor safe.

* Suitable for women from approx. 6 months postpartum of all fitness levels, abilities and stages of life
