Personal training
As women, we are all so similar yet so very different and it is those differences that I aim to bring into my personal training sessions at our private, home-based studio in Tamahere. Each of my personal training sessions is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work on exercises that help empower you, exercises that strengthen but don’t stress your body, and exercises that ensure you get the results you want.
One on one training
Your training program will be designed to not only suit your fitness levels and body’s ability but it’ll also be designed to suit your lifestyle. In addition to personal training sessions in our studio, I can also provide you with a personalised home program and you’ll be able to train at home, in the park, in the garage or in the backyard – wherever suits you.
What’s more, I’ll support you with regular communication and encouragement as you work towards your health and fitness goals.
Training tailored to you
Your first consultation takes approximately 60 minutes and includes a postural, breathing, core, pelvic floor and overall body strength and movement competency assessment. This is where we discuss your health and fitness history, your current lifestyle, nutrition and hormonal stage, goals and needs. The cost for this first consultation is $80.
We offer different payment options to choose from ranging from casual sessions, weekly sessions or packages.
