PRE AND POSTNATAL TRAINING

As women, our bodies can do amazing things, but nothing beats childbirth. What is more, only women really know what it is like, right?  

As a mother, my body has experienced childbirth and I’ve learnt just how important pre and postnatal training and exercise is, both for our physical and our mental health. At Energised by Fitness, I am passionate about ensuring that whatever stage of motherhood you are in, you can enjoy all your body is capable of!

PELVIC POWER

Our pelvic floor needs pampering, not pressure. But pressure has had and, as a result, women can be faced with a range of issues, pain, dysfunction or leaking. Some exercises can make these problems worse, but the right exercises will reduce and hopefully eliminate them all.

At Energised by Fitness, I incorporate specialist movements and exercises as advised by clinical professionals into my programmes, exercises that will empower your pelvic floor, strengthen and support it so you can enjoy life as it’s meant to be enjoyed – with plenty of movement and activity.

POSTPARTUM COREFIT

The Postpartum CoreFit is 60 min foundational session run over 9 weeks, focused on gentle strengthening of the core and pelvic floor in the first postpartum year or for mums wanting to return back into exercise or daily activities safely, improve your core strength & pelvic health, and to create more awareness  of changes your body has been through.

Suitable for diastasis, pelvic floor dysfunction and post-cesarean section rehabilitation.
